The "Payment Received With Gratitude" scam PayPal refund email below is being sent by scammers, therefore, recipients are asked not to call the telephone number in it (1-845-481-1684). The fake PayPal customer service telephone number is connected to a call center operated by scammers who pretend to be from PayPal and attempt to trick their potential victims into disclosing their account credentials, personal and financial information. The scammers will then use the same information fraudulently.
