I bought this card at Meijer and will be complaining to them as well. Got to the above screen and entered the information and got the message: An error has occurred, please contact customer care.I called and was told the card was fine, take it to one of the stores where it applies and they will honor it. This is obviously not true, you have to redeem it first on this website. The person acted/pretended that they did not know how the card works and refused to let me speak to a manager. The call center had to be a boiler room, as dozens of conversations could be heard, drowning out the person I was talking to. Don't let the fact that legitimate stores sell this fool you.0an anonymous userhttps://www.onlinethreatalerts.com/users/#an-anonymous-userFeb 19, 2024 at 2:11 PM by February 19, 2024an anonymous user from: Salem, Oregon, United StatesSystem Error, called, customer service took info, no help, transferred to Lynyrd Skynyrd loop, hung up after 30 minutes, looks to be a sham.0an anonymous userhttps://www.onlinethreatalerts.com/users/#an-anonymous-userJan 25, 2024 at 4:06 PM by January 25, 2024an anonymous user from: San Antonio, Texas, United StatesTrying to get my gift card. The website keeps telling me there is a problem with my numbers; can't get anyone to answer the phone at either of the numbers provided. SCAM.THIS WAS A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY0an anonymous userhttps://www.onlinethreatalerts.com/users/#an-anonymous-userJan 5, 2024 at 11:29 AM by January 5, 2024an anonymous user from: Atlanta, Georgia, United StatesI received one of these cards as a gift. It is sketchy looking. As I tried to get the card number to redeem it, the first 4 of the 16 numbers came off. I can read 12 of the numbers but without the full sixteen, I could not redeem it. I was talking to someone in God knows where and she said there was nothing I could do without the receipt. I was not given the receipt when it was gifted to me in October. So this illegitimate company (as far as I am concerned) gets to pocket the money and I get nothing. I was told there was no one higher up I could speak with and no address where I could register a complaint. The only way to contact this bogus company is the "customer service" number.
