Not like the FBI will do anything. I believe this is how they actually get your IP and hack along with taking your money. Government doesn't care just allow them to continue to operate.

I thought I bought something and it continually said "processing". Even emailed the service and got an "obvious" bot response. My bank is going to refund the purchase.

This is a scam that our local post office and PayPal already know about...
I did research about the website (China) and found nothing stating is was a scam. That's how it works...Everything looks legit, including the tracking page that updates every couple of days. Suddenly it shows "delivered" but NOTHING!
They actually send a registered letter to someone in your neighborhood, but not to you. It triggers that the package was delivered.
It does not matter the price. If the price seems too good to be true, it is!

I was a victim of this website as well, I’ve reported it to the FTC and scams online. The funny part, the withdrawal of my money was from wellseu.com, which I just filed for recovery of my withdrawn funds! Be aware of both companies!
