I know that once the product ships you cannot cancel. I emailed their contact info and didn't get a response for days. When I received a response, they apologize for the delay and asked why I want to cancel.I said I changed my mind. No response for days again. When I received a response, they were apologizing again and kept trying to make me purchase another one.I said no again. No response. Until days later, I receive a notification that the item shipped. I felt like they were just delaying so they could ship the item. They charged my card right when I made the order already.
