Is www.fmcsaupdate.com a Scam or Legitimate Website?

The website, www.fmcsaupdate.com, is not a scam. It belongs to Western Compliance Group, which is NOT affiliated with any government authority and is not affiliated with or part of the U.S. Department of Transportation or the FMCSA. But, I have seen a lot of complaints about Western Compliance Group on the Better Business Bureau's(BBB) website. Some of the complaints have been resolved and others are still pending.
