Government Gateway Email Scam Targeting Account Credentials

HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) is warning of a newly identified scam email targeting the recipients government gateway log in-details. The emails ask the recipient to "update their records" which are "out of date" or refer to a "self-assessment online profile".
