The call claimed I made an insurance claim and knew my name, but I don't use Kaiser. Their caller ID said Kaiser Permanente, so I am wondering if the telephone has been spoofed. They also said it was strange since I apparently filed the claim a few days ago. After some back and forth, and me saying to just ignore the claim, they still did not seem to have a strong purpose for calling. He started saying how it’s suspicious and asked if I showed my ID to random people like at a mall. Started saying how people have been scamming hospitals or some BS, and then I hung up. Definitely sounds like a scam call with some attempted scam tactics. Be careful. Check the comment section below for answers or additional information.
