Thankfully I don’t keep a balance on PayPal, so I just removed my minimal account attached to it. I will contact a representative when available and file a complaint (basically spitting in the wind as they have to know about this and aren’t doing anything to protect their users). Looks like I’ll be dropping this as I don’t use it much anyways.
