  • Ghost Deliveries: Victims pay hundreds of pounds via social ads for units that never arrive, or find their credit card details stolen and charged multiple times.

How to Stay Safe

  • Ignore Miracles: Real air conditioning requires an exhaust hose or external compressor; small plug-in plastic boxes are just evaporative coolers that raise humidity.
  • Verify the URL: Check that you are on the actual official brand website rather than a lookalike domain.
