Beware of "Get a Free $75 or $100" Kohls Coupon or Gift Card Facebook Scams

The Facebook post and website below: "Get a Free KOHLS $75 Coupon" or "Get a $100 KOHLS Gift Card," is a Facebook like farming scam created by cybercriminals. The scam will attempt to trick potential victims into clicking on it by claiming that they can receive a free KOHL'S Gift card or coupon at the website: "" or "" But, the website is malicious and a fake, and has nothing to do with KOHL'S. It is only a scam to get you to comment on, "like" or share the same deceptive website on Facebook, which will make it very popular.

If you receive a post on your Facebook Wall or Timeline about KOHL'S, please verify the authenticity of the message by asking about it on KOHL'S legitimate Facebook page located at:

Clicking on the post (DO NOT) will take you to the malicious website: or, where you will be asked to like, share, or make a comment in order to receive your KOHL's $100 gift card. The website name or address may change, so look out for the same scam on other websites.

Remember, by liking,commenting on and sharing this scam, you are only helping to spread it to other Facebook users and making the scammers responsible for this, earn money. Scammers earn money when they make a page popular and are able to sell it to the highest bidder, along with the names and other public information of the persons who liked or shared the scam. I guess, the last thing we want to do is to make these scammers rich by tricking you and others into liking and sharing a Facebook post or website. So, if you have already liked or shared this scam, please unlike and unshare it.

Also, the scammers behind the fake gift card or coupon may ask you to complete surveys in order to receive your gift card. But, it doesn't matter how much surveys you complete, you will never receive any KOHL'S gift cards. The scammers, on the other hand, will get paid for each competed survey.
