Their customer service number is 1-877-460-0722 and their software can be downloaded at www.graboid.com/downloads/. This software is available for both Microsoft Windows and the Macintosh operating systems.
The name of their installation file is GraboidVideoInstaller.
Please ensure that if you are visiting a website and you are asked to download the Gabroid software, please do not download this software from that website. Instead, go to the safest place, which is http://www.graboid.com/downloads/ and download the software from there.
This is because, cybercriminals can create fake websites and trick persons into downloading malicious software that they have disguised as the Graboid Video Installer.

Tried to Download this, Malwarebytes prevents it because of a Trojan hidden in the download. Not sure the program can be trusted and removed it from my hard drive.
Grabbed is ripping me off. I have been charged on my credit card for a long time now, over 500 dollars and there is no way for me to get out of this scam of yours.
Someone managed to get my credit card a while back. The fraudulent charges started immediately after Graboid put through my monthly charge. Never had a problem with malware, but this would be a concern.
These people are a ripped off; they are taking money off my card without my permission.I recommend you not to get this.
You guys (Graboid Video) ripped my account off for over $200 and i don't even have a computer anymore and are still taking money each month when it’s been recorded thatI only authorized one payment of $19.99
Graboid Video downloads are perfectly safe, we quit them because the videos are very often medium or low quality, there are so few high quality, as well few are DVD or Blu-Ray, XVID is OK if the quality is HD or High. So often the processing doesn't finish resulting in lost bandwidth and is isn't our computer that is used for the downloads, it's a very powerful one, no problem if movies are downloaded from another source.to be in the movie game Graboid, you need to show that your site is important and the presentation of it...get rid of the movies that don't play and don't allow people to upload c**p. Point Made!
I have been with Graboid for many years now, and yes some downloads are of poor quality but then you see the quality before downloading it on the listings.I run both Norton 360 and Malwarebytes on my computer to avoid any nasty c**p hidden in the uploads. I have had major problems with one item I downloaded which took ages to fix - hence the protection now.GRABOID of late has lost the plot. Many top TV shows aren't being listed at all and top movies also...missing or awful low quality.Very old series are being offered now. I'm of the opinion they are not long for this world and I DON'T recommend joining now.
Graboid Might be safe but what upsets me is when a company says sign up it's completely free no strings attached,When you do then you find out that it's just a trial and they limit your use of the program.Also they don't make it easy to cancel your free account.
