Ordered a survival spade. The delivery came as far as poland and was then send back. So after 90 day still no spade. Service was friendly the first time, assuring me that everything will be okay, but after that no single response at all. Also still no money back. So it seems like a fraudulent company.

52 days later and my survival spade still hasn't left CHINA! Had I known this was a dropshipping 'company' who don't make or even hold their own stock and were going to rely on some joker in China actually sending their item I wouldn't have bothered.

Unbelievable that a company are able to still process transactions knowing they are in trouble. I purchased an item online then waited over four months, only one of my many communications was responded to, a lady called Hazel from customer services, promising to resolve my issue. Then nothing for months, avoid parting with any money people, companies don’t just fold overnight, they are still processing transactions immorally.

Same thing here - paid for two shovels in May- July 14th, still no shovels. I keep getting a response from customer service “Hazel” but no luck on getting items ordered. Don’t by from this company- you will get scammed for your money like I did. Scam company!

I will never order from trefashions ever again it, took 2 months to get my order because their products come from China... They advertised a survival shovel which is what I purchased and the one they show is like a $400 dollar shovel and then when you receive the one from tredfashions it looks nothing like the one advertised and the quality is GARBAGE!

Not going to bother with trying to contact them. I will take the loss but I will NEVER buy anything from these crooks ever again... beware of this site all chinese products very poor quality.

Where in the fuq is my order? It's been 6 weeks since I paid I purchased the order on February 24, 2020. Tred Fashions and I emailed back and forth 4 times and NO resolve. They gave me a tracking # and site link to track it and the tracking # can't be found...They first said "NOT TO WORRY" and I quote, "The order has been shipped and is in normal transit." DO NOT Purchase any thing from Tredfashion.com or associated insiders selling inside their name, they never reply to any requests nor do they follow up genuine product status and manufacture details and real necessary real time info when products they buy from China without telling the customer at point of sale where they get them from,and like me you find out where they come from . No INFORMATION as to how safe the product is in this present climate ( Coronavirus ) etc .

Tredfashions is one of the worst online retailers I have ever done business with! The products they sell are low grade and their Customer Service is horrible! The company is from Israel and they ship their products from China! It took me over 2 months to get a pair of shoes that were too small, damaged and poorly made!

In order to get a refund, I would have to ship back to Israel for a ridiculous amount of money! They also gave me an address that does not exist according to UPS! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Disappointed Customer

I ordered from this tred fashions on the 1st of December for a Christmas present for my brother, 40 days later still no tracking of my order.

When I email the company (if it even is a legit business) I get the same email again and again. Rest assured your order is on its way. Well it's clearly not. Very angry as the money came out straight away. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. There's no number to call either for customer services. Just a WhatsApp number that doesn't work.

Never been so disappointed with an online shopping experience, it's appalling and I'm going to the bank tomorrow to report it.

We ordered a jacket, size Medium. It took well over a month to arrive and it was a Small. It’s so small it won’t even fit my son. It was purchased a man.

When we emailed them to return it well within their return policy window, we did not receive a response. Now we are stuck with an item that doesn’t fit and the MasterCard bill.

I purchased on November the 8th; they took 104.00 out my account and on the 9th of October and they will not respond to my emails. like I heard earlier the written message is very customer friendly. but they provide no results. I just want a response if you're going to keep my money and not give me my product please be grown up enough to tell me.

I will never buy from this Company again. Whilst masquerading as being located somewhere else in the world, all the shipping information once it was eventually supplied 55 days after purchase...indicated it was in China.

I ordered size 13 shoes and received a squashed pair of shoes that were not even in a box, that would not even fit my youngest son who takes a size 10.

A status update is not yet available on your package. It will be available when the shipper provides an update or the package is delivered to USPS. So, nothing has been given to USPS to ship...BC in SC
