Ordered a survival spade. The delivery came as far as poland and was then send back. So after 90 day still no spade. Service was friendly the first time, assuring me that everything will be okay, but after that no single response at all. Also still no money back. So it seems like a fraudulent company.
52 days later and my survival spade still hasn't left CHINA !!!! Had I known this was a dropshipping 'company' who don't make or even hold their own stock and were going to rely on some joker in China actually sending their item I wouldn't have bothered. PATYHETIC. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME, DON'T BOTHER WITH TRED FASHIONS
Immoral, dishonest and cowardlyUnbelievable that a company are able to still process transactions knowing they are in trouble. I purchased an item online then waited over four months, only one of my many communications was responded to, a lady called Hazel from customer services, promising to resolve my issue. Then nothing for months, avoid parting with any money people, companies don’t just fold overnight, they are still processing transactions immorally.
I hate their guts. Got scammed and that's that. No response no product no refund. They should be in prison
Same thing here - paid for two shovels in May- July 14th, still no shovels. I keep getting a response from customer service “Hazel” but no luck on getting items ordered. Don’t by from this company- you will get scammed for your money like I did. Scam company!!!!!
I also did not receive my shovel, $100 Aussie dollars, same thing as Athens, received a couple of return emails then nothing, no reply, no shovel, no refund
