Online Threat Alerts (OTA) - Alerting you to scams and frauds.
The website or online store www.popsbay.com (Fashion Online Shopping Mall), which claims to sell luxury watches, is fraudulent. Online users are advised to stay away from the fraudulent website, and those who have shopped from it, run the risk of their personal, credit card and other payment processing information getting stolen by cyber-criminals and used fraudulently. They also run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods, or poor quality goods that look nothing like what was advertised. Therefore, we do not recommend purchasing or visiting popsbay.com.
The cybercriminals behind the fake website will use another website and change the name once the current website has been taken down. Therefore, only shop on popular and reputable websites. And, for online users who have already used their credit cards on the website, are asked to contact their banks for help. They should let their banks know that they have unknowingly used their credit cards on an untrustworthy website.

Muy buena informacion a veces uno cree que se tratan de ofertas y en verdad son delincuentes.-->Very good information, sometimes one believes that they are deals and in truth they are criminals.
yesterday I bought a huge shopping on that site and now I just discovered it is a fraud. When trying to get in my account again to try to cancel it, it says my password is wrong, and despite telling them "I forgot my password", they won't send me an email so that I can get in my account (to cancel it). Can somebody help me?
I can log in and see my order but there is not an automatically button for cancel it, I have to send an email to contact-costumervipservice.com and pray, I suppose.
Contact your bank and have them cancel the transactions and refund your money. You may need to cancel the credit card to stop them from continuously charging it.
