The website www.sugarandcotton.com is an untrustworthy eCommerce store claiming to sell clothes and accessories. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website, and those who have shopped from it, run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods, poor quality goods that look nothing like what was advertised, or nothing at all. Therefore, we do not recommend purchasing from the Sugar & Cotton. Also, their customer service is horrible, which they claim they are constantly trying to improve.
Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

Just received my first order from them (small lamp) no instructions and the end of athe cord needs to be connected to a USB port, where? Not impressed
They also run:hxxps://feelmytees.com/hxxps://trendyluxlife.com/My orders from TRENDY LUXLIFE never arrived. They don't respond except for automatic ones.They make you expect shipment to be delivered (4 to 6 weeks) after payment at credit card is processed. It is buyer beware.I am trying to find a way to get justice. Please advise.
Dispute the charges with your bank, by having them cancel the transactions and refund your money.

Sugar and Cotton delivers to its consumers directly from China warehouses. There is no quality control for their merchandise. Orders also take more than 5 weeks for delivery. We had items delivered in smashed merchandise boxes with broken items. Sugar and Cotton replace the items (5 more weeks for delivery) that again came smashed boxes and broken items. Merchandise is overpriced for what they market to the consumer. DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
Tried to order a cute dog bank from facebook ad. 8 weeks later they are telling me it just shipped when I asked for a refund. Don't order from them!
