Yes, it's a scam. Purchased a stepper for 30.00, they took 36.00 and I never got the product. Website: www.dejurstore.top. The criminals? NINTAEANE TRADE SHENZHENSHI.They need to be stopped. They have run other websites before.
Can confirm it is a scam. Purchased a racket for £32, never received the racket, they took out £39 from my account. Avoid at all cost!
