Joymeet Shop is a Fraudulent Online Store

I bought 2 earphones from joymeet.shop, also called TopShopt, and they never answered or shipped anything. I went to the police but they could not do anything since I'm living in Italy and the website is hosted on servers abroad. They changed the website outlook but I see their ads on Facebook sometimes, and also, on other websites.

I ordered a stand up mixer the beginning of November. They took the money and never got the product. This is ridiculous. Specially since we are seniors on a limited Budget. Something needs to be done with this company.

If you know who I can contact please let me know. I will check with my bank to see if I can get a refund back.

I ordered a laser engraver from this website, they charged my credit card, got nothing. I've sent several emails to the contact us email, no response... total rip-off, am going to contact my bank.

I ordered a Lazer cube for 39.99....never heard a thing...there 24)7 CUSTOMER SUPPORT dosent exist...their phone number is fake as well...I got burned it ain't right....how can I get in touch with the right people to report it to...it was on Facebook....just isn't right...MERRY CHRISTMAS !!
