Joymeet Shop is a Fraudulent Online Store

I bought 2 earphones from joymeet.shop, also called TopShopt, and they never answered or shipped anything. I went to the police but they could not do anything since I'm living in Italy and the website is hosted on servers abroad. They changed the website outlook but I see their ads on Facebook sometimes, and also, on other websites.

I ordered a stand up mixer the beginning of November. They took the money and never got the product. This is ridiculous. Specially since we are seniors on a limited Budget. Something needs to be done with this company.

If you know who I can contact please let me know. I will check with my bank to see if I can get a refund back.

I ordered the KitchenAid mixer on Facebook, got the congratulatory email which included a tracking number. I waited a week then decided to tack my order. When I clicked on the tracking number my screen went black on my laptop and could not restart or recover my computer.

It had fried my hard drive. Now by using my NEW laptop which cost me $400.00, I see that this vender is and was a scam, I would have been better off going to the store to pay retail for the KitchenAid mixer.

I ordered a Kitchen Aide mixer from joymeet.shop a month ago, I received one email stating they wanted an order # which I don't have because I ordered it from my phone. They charged my account $47.92 plus $.95 international processing fee and I have sent numerous emails to support@cpjus.com and cannot get any response.

All I want is my order or a refund.

    Thank you,

    Karen...

We ordered 2 Kitchen Aid mixers on Oct. 22, 2018 and it's Nov.29 and we haven't received them and they won't answer the phone number and they won't reply to my emails.

We knew we got scammed when we got an email saying congratulations on your successful payment, your order is being processed. Please be patient. We did not get an order number on it.

Now we find out it's a scam and we won't receive anything.

Call your credit card company and file a dispute. We got caught by this scam also!

Our credit card company is issuing us a new card to prevent further fraud charges and they're removing the charge. Good luck with getting your money back!

Same happens to me, I have ordered a pair of Earbuds worth $42. My Payment and order was confirmed and receive a confirmation mail on dated 16-August 2018 . After that I am continuously sending emails for my item but there is no reply. Not received anything as well till to date.

Its really a scam and some how they still manage to running their website. Contact them several time but all in vain. I must say do not share your credit card info don't buy from this site or you definitively loose you money.
