The Bank of America Visa-Debit-Card Temporary Locked Scam

This came as a text message: "Notice-XXXXXXXXXX(my phone number) from: Bank of America-Support. Code: Visa-Debit-Card temporary Iocked. Call us now at 539-333-2263 to unlock." When I called the number my Cell Carrier asked for my pin, and I gave a fictitious number and was connected to a machine that answered: "Bank of America please enter debit card number." I do not bank at BofA for a couple of years. Scammers are getting more and more clever.

I got a text saying my VSA card was locked from (201)932-1611

Obviously bogus

Text saying "Notice-070654 from:Bank of America. Code: Card temporary locked. Please call us now at 201-510-9434 to unlock" scam!!!!

I received a similar text from 708-340-0003. Sh*tty message structure especially if it's supposed to be from a big bank like BOA. “Bank of America. Code: ViSaDebit-Card temporary locked. CallS us now at 708-340-0003 to unlock.” “CallS us now”, are you f**king serious?

My 3rd grader could have written and structured this message better. Clearly who wrote this is struggling with their grasp of the English language. Hahahaha

I received a similar text. knew it was a scam because there were typos. says call 678-400-0092 to unlock
