Order placed on the emlinegood site on January 8th, cashed immediately and to this day (February 26th) still received nothing. Sent full email but do not answer.Has anyone had this concern? Is there another way to contact them? A phone?Is it possible to make a request for cancellation of payment with my bank.Thanks for your help.
