Please do not order anything from this company, they take your money and send you very cheap items, there is no invoice in with your order, no return address to be able to return order and no way to get your money back.I have been trying to return my order since Dec 2018, it is now April 2019 they eventually reply to your email, and tell you to return your order, but don’t tell you where to to return it to ,or tell you why there is no invoice in with your order with return details in packet.They are a con company, please don’t get coned into buying anything from them. I have lost about £100. After I contacted GoSmartDeal they informed me that there was a problem at Hong Kongs post office and they would re-arrange delivery for me which they did. However, this item took so long to arrive that I had moved address.I asked GoSmartDeal to change my address and they tod me this was impossible. FedEx informed me that this was untrue and that GoSmartDeal have to change it themselves as it is there company policy.So I relayed this information to GoSmartDeal who admitted it was true but will cost them money and if I wanted to go ahead and change my address it would cost me an extra $20... I too was told I would receive an email when item shipped.I contacted them thru messenger on facebook and was told my order would ship within 5 days. Still nothing.I guess I wont be ordering stuff off of the ads on facebook anymore.
