My mother ordered 3 kitchen aid mixers from an ad on Facebook and I used my credit card to pay for them, unfortunately, she never received them and this is the company info that shows up on the credit card statement: MUSQIA COSHENZHENSHE. What can I do?

Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded. Your bank may cancel your current card and give you a new one if the same company is found to be fraudulent after your bank's fraud department has done their research.
