Online users are posting fake "Singapore Airlines Giving Away Free Tickets to Celebrate Anniversary" messages like the one below on social media that has been posted by online scammers, who are attempting to trick their potential victims into sharing their personal and financial information. The same scam then tricks the same victims into sharing it with their friends on social media. Therefore, recipients of the same fake message are asked not to follow the instructions in it.

How to proceed :

1. Share it to 20 of your friends/groups via WHATSAPP (click on the "WhatsApp" icon below).

2. Click on "Claim Tickets" and enter your details. 3. Download the Tickets.

Singapore Airlines wrote the following posted on their Facebook page located at www.facebook.com/singaporeair/:

“We have reported the site to be taken down and would like to advise customers to exercise discretion when revealing personal data to unverified sources. These websites, emails, and calls should be verified if in doubt. Please send us details on our social media channels or via this link http://singaporeair.com/en_UK/feedback-enquiry/.

“We would also like to advise customers to be cautious of social media posts and phishing websites that appear similar to our official website singaporeair.com. Thank you.”
