Is newzem.com an Untrustworthy Online Store?

I made an order,then given a tracking number. I followed it.

It eventually arrived in Australia, then Victoria, then Glen Waverley to the distribution centre. Was then advised it is ready for delivery.

It never arrived. I sent an email to the supplier, I was advised that they would send a second one.

That has not arrived either.

I am sure now, that it is a SCAM.

Do I get my money back?

There website is a scam. I am contacting my financial institution immediately as they have sent me and eveeybody else a fake guccI wallet in place of the folding $49 sub compact computer. Everybody from from the USA to India was scammed. The FTC is investigating their illegitimate business practices. NEWZEM IS A SCAM COMPANY...BUYER BEWARE

The same thing happened to me. I wish that I had checked the reviews before I tried to purchase the item. After 3 months I am finally realizing that I am never going to get my money back

New zen had an ad on facebook and I ordered from them. they never sent what I ordered when contacted I gave them an order number and they gave all the places to check where they said they shipped it from, it was bogus.

They never heard of them and why should I keep tracking a package from them, thats what there supposed to be doing

I'm the same. Ordered a minI laptop, and received a fake Louis Vuitton purse. When I tried to get in touch with them, the site won't accept my email address.
This is fraud, and I'm getting in touch with my credit card company.

I ordered 2 minI laptops from this website and I was sent a wallet. Something has to be done to stop these scams. I spent nearly 100.00 and this is the first time anything like this has ever happened to me.

I'm a 60 year old grandma, living on a fixed income and wanted to give 2 of my grandkids this minI laptop as gifts. I'm so crushed that people do this to unsuspecting consumers.these people need to be stopped and charged with fraud.

I ordered a minI computer and the sent me a wallet. I was stupid and paid $20.00 extra for the shipping.

I saw this online store through Instagram and found the "super minI pocket laptop" very interesting. I wanted it immediately but it just doesn't seem right to me because I searched on the "affordable Chinese shopping app" with a similar product and the prices are from at least 300 US Dollars.

I checked other electronic items on this NewZem and all phones' prices are only around 50 US Dollars. Very suspicious!

I cannot say anything about this online shop, NewZem if it's a fraud or not, but I have to wait for those who already ordered for their reviews.

How can you take a credit card payment and not be identified? I too bought the minI book.
