Ordered in March this is now November. Still no order. This is a SCAM. Do not trust!
Horrible scam! Dont order!
Same as everyone else. I ordered 2 PoI Sticks in April and sent an email to the company in May threatening to make a claim via PayPal to cancel my order and get a refund. I got a response (not great English) stating it's coming and COVID is causing slow shipping. Lots of red flags (tracking # wasn't legit) but we finally got the package in June. It was supposed to be PoI Sticks but it's a cheap FAKE product I could likely find at the $1 store. Now the site is down and PayPal claim is pending. So lame.
I placed an order on May 2nd for 2 glow sticks with 15 patterns. Just recieved them today June 30th and I cant get any patterns to display-just the differnt colors. I emailed them as they didnt even come with any directions. $18 each is too much to pay for just a glow stick
I order the glow sticks that spin into awesome designs..when I received the order I was VERY UPSET! for 1: there was on ly 1 glow stick For 2: its NOTHING like the ad, its literally a glow stick! I could have gotten this cheap c**p at dollar store for less!My son is so disappointed!DO NOT WATSE YOUR MONEY!THIS SITE IS A SCAM! I DO NOT WANNA SEE ANYONE ELSE GET SCAMMED! PLEASE JUST TAKE YOIR MONEY ELSEWHERE!
I'm sorry to hear about your misfortune. What was the time frame from when you ordered and received your product? I have been waiting for 3 months.
This company is another fraud just like mofylook. They take your money and don't send the merchandise. When you contact them they play you with emails. Be warned!
I made a purchase on march 10 at around 3:42 pm my order was confirmed with an order # wlvl18810 have never heard a word since!
I cancelled my order the same day I put it through yet “Ryan” the customer contact kept on writing to say that it was being processed. The back and forth has gone on for over a week. I repeatedly responded to cancel. Just got an email that they were “unable to cancel” and that the product has been shipped. Had reported them to my credit card company to get issued a refund. Nothing but a scam. FB should not allow them to do business on their site.

Ordered my items on March 29 and paid for expedited shipping to get it within seven to twelve days. It is now going on almost four weeks and I have nothing and I am unable to track my package. I have already disputed the charge with my credit card company. DO NOT buy anything from them.
