Ordered Darren ornament for friends Christmas present 2019. When it arrived it didn't work one part broken. Several emails requesting replacement/refund... no joy. Useless.
I ordered a Dog Ball Launcher (machine) on December 6, 2019 and received just a tennis ball in January 13, 2020. I paid $15.99 plus 6.95 shipping. I have tried emailing them and calling the number and no luck. Looks like I'm sh$$ out of luck. Thank God it was only that small amount. I wish there was something a consumer could do.
I ordered from a different name company but this same phone#. Name of company was Cadia shop.luud shop. Tracking # does nothing. No contacts work. Sorry business!
I got order pascal boots and today i got my order... Horrible horrible cheap cloth made grandma shoes nothing like the picture... Do not buy... Do not buy... They send you whatever they want... Do not buy. I will post what they sent me... I am out 127 dollars...
I placed an order with this site in October and have yet to receive the merchandise. There is no activity shown for the shipping tracking number. Frustrating!
