Absolutely c**p cheap clothing that looks nothing like the pictures. Almost all of it polyester. They flat out lie about fabric in many ads. Refunds are near impossible on most items. Customer service is non existent. Return addresses are hidden and no one will honor return requests or respond to emails. This chicom sweatshop is an absolute fraud. Avoid like the plague.

Annie Cloth is a scam..products are nothing like photos..cheap fabrics and nothing fits right..you cannot get a full refund..only 15%..the photos in ads are all photoshopped..I learned the hard way! Stay away from Annie Cloth!

Wuality is questionable, sizing is totally weird (wrong) and they don’t tell you that you can’t exchange. Then, if you reach out during their window of allotted time for a return, they dont respond and the window to return closes…so you are out your money. Per other reviews, apparently if you pester enough and get a reply, they charge almost as much to ship the items back to China than you paid for them, making a return impossible. DO NOT BE FOOLED.

The WORST online experience I've had. Cothing is cheap and mis marked. Items marked "Cotton" are not. Sizes are wrong. The site makes no reference to the fact that returns involve International Shpping and Custom Fees. This is, by far, the worst site I've ever done business with.

Garments look good in photos but are very cheap and the fit is poor. Delivery takes forever. I ended up spending $60 for nothing because I had to return 3 items and pay for shipping both ways. Web site makes it look like a UK company. Items come from China. Do not waste your money!

BUYER BEWARE! We may be looking at a scam here based on “misses” size overstock in China. This seemed like a dream order, plus sizes and for relatively cheap! I ordered plus size, it said so on the order and plastic wrap, but the sizes on the “China made” shorts all said “misses” and it took many weeks just to get those!

Do not buy from this conpany. The clothes are small in size. they are not even close to correct size, You will not get your money back. If you want to return the purchase you have to send to China at your own expense. DO NOT BUY FROM ANNIE CLOTH or any other conpany they do business as.

I would never order anything from this company again! It took 2 months to get a pair of what I saw on the website as green linen shorts in size large, but when they finally came months later, the shorts were teal and not a large! I contacted the company to return them and they said if I would keep them I would receive a 25% discount. I still haven’t received a discount 2 months later. They claimed they didn’t have my cc information, but they had the information to charge my account! I’m now calling my card company to report this scam/fraud of a company! I urge you not to buy from them!!!

Don’t buy from this clothing company.
Most of time, the merchandise received doesn’t match the photo on the cátelos.
They always label the fabric COTTON, most of the time, it is NOT:
The worst, is the return policy. You have to ship it to China to get the refund. Ridiculous !

Im usually pretty smart about buying online but boy did I get scammed. I thought I was buying from a company in the US not China. 30 days later my clothes arrived and the smell coming from the package was horrible, Now I am dealing with getting a refund for the items still being processed and what to do with the smelly, nasty clothing they sent. I am embarrased to even give them to my local donation facility.

There has to be some way too stop this company.

my wife bought a dress base upon pictures supplied online. When the dresses arrived it was way too big and did not fit anywhere like the online picture. There return policy is impossible and could wind up costing more than the dress. We will never order anything again from Annie Cloth. The company offered a fifteen percent cash refund and we keep the dress. It would cost more than we paid for the dress plus the 15 refund to go to have it altered to fit. What a terrible clothing online store.

They taken money from my Bank and never shipped my items to me.
I have emailed them several times only for my account to say that there is a payment issue.

Delete

by an anonymous user from: Hyattsville, Maryland, United States

I agree! I have been trying to get return credit for item way too small? All I get is a notice that a rep will contact me within 48 hours. Of course this never happens. Made four attempts and the return policy says 15 days so there you have it!! Lost twenty five dollars and learned a lesson!!

Ditto what the previous customer just submitted. Annie Cloth is an absolute scam!! The items are nothing like represented size-wise or style-wise, they are garbage. The package return address is San Francisco and I'm being told I'll have to ship to China for a refund OR they GENEROUSLY offer a 15% cash refund! Right, I spent $126, so they'll give me back $18.90. DO NOT buy from this SHAM of a company.

by an anonymous user from: Hillsborough, North Carolina, United States

This company is from China. They are deceiving, the website doesn't mention China anywhere and when you look them up as a company the location is South San Francisco, CA, so you are lead to believe it is a company out of San Francisco, CA. Yet it took over 2 months to get the clothes, and they were from China. Nothing fit and when I inquired on how to return they suggested a 15% cash refund to have the clothes altered. First, the order was over $100 and 15% is nothing and would cover the cost of altering 1 item. They said I would have to pay for all the custom fees, but yet the website doesn't talk about that except for normal shipping fees. BIG SCAM and I am fighting the credit company for a total refund. Even with their suggested "altering" the clothes still won't fit. I'm normally an XL, but none of these fit at all, some I couldn't even pull over my head and when you check the website and the description doesn't match the clothes you received. Bad Experience from Annie Cloth.

Do not buy from this company!!

Clothes advertised are beautiful but the clothes you receive are nothing like the ones in the pictures. You will receive cheap shoddy clothes that you will never even consider wearing.

Do not buy from this company!!

by an anonymous user from: Green Village, New Jersey, United States

The thing is, are the clothes displayed on Annie Cloth, Berrylook, etc. actually sold anywhere legitimately? Where do the models get the clothes they are wearing in all the photos? How come the clothes on these scam sites are so nice, and you can't find anything equally appealing anywhere else?

I have always been wondering about this.

Thank you,
Roberta

I would like to know where to find the clothes in the pictures too because I would buy them. Unfortunately, I ended up with c**p from this scam company.

Delete

by an anonymous user from: Bay City, Michigan, United States

They are using pictures from other catalogs and websites. For example, I've seen items from Robert Redford's relatively expensive Sundancecatalog.com on these scam sites, with prices that are below rockbottom & not believable. Big clue that those sights are scams.

by an anonymous user from: Sherman Oaks, California, United States

I have made my mistake twice, I payed with PayPal thinking it was the best, but the problem was not that they did not send me merchandise the problem was they sent me trash....both orders were trash nothing not even close to what I order and in their on line catalog nothing is trash everything is beautiful that is the way they hook up clients....
There is another Annie cloth that is sold by Amazon, that confused me, but I know now they have the same name but are two different business.

D**n!! I placed an order two days ago. I then saw this website and read all the scam messages. I emailed the company to cancel the order and all I got was a computer message, "Thank you for your order, to cancel send a list of information on each item and why, where, when, who, what, etc..... after canceling three days in a row, I finally got a email that said,"Your order cannot be canceled because it has already been shipped"! but the tracking number goes to a chinese website and there is no record of the package yet.
Scammed again....so sick of these companies getting away with this! Why with all these complaints, are they not being taken down? I just dont understand how you can outright rip people off! DONT ORDER FROM ANNIE CLOTH!!

I ordered from this site also, my order was eventually received about 2 1/2 months later!! I emailed them several times about a refund prior to receiving but got the same response each time, Please allow 7-30 days! so just triple that and if you don't mind waiting......

Ordered from this Company - Waited 45 Days for product and it was the wrong size and poor quality product - Emailed several times for return address - Called bank for Credit card they would handle them for me. This place is a scam and their 800 number is another company that is doing business and dealing with Anniecloths complaints. DON"T BUY FROM THEM

by an anonymous user from: Knoxville, Tennessee, United States

Yes, I was scammed as well. Last year I ordered something from them and what I received was only a partial order. I tried to return the item but was told that it would cost an enormous amount of money to return the item. It was not the size I ordered and I never received the rest of my order and never received my refund. I paid through PayPal and they tried to get me my refund but were not able to. And every time I tried to contact this company I kept getting the runaround. Lost my money and no product. Don’t buy from them.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANNIE CLOTH!! EVER!! I ordered shorts over 3 months ago and it appears nothing has even left Hong Kong. This company is a fraud and you will, most likely, never see your order. Ignore the ads and doctored pictures of nonexistent clothes. You will be burned. You can report them to P************r.com but nothing will be resolved as they are not a US company and they don't care. Keep your money!

AGREE! Thru the BBB, I found their supposed address of 216 Harris Ct, San Francisco CA 94080. Then went to google maps and there appears to be a few businesses that share this small building at same address (what?!); but no Annie Cloth. It took less than 24 hrs for them to process my payment, then 3 more days to create the order, then 18 days to get the order from San Francisco CA to Greenwood IN. Looking at the map, it makes NO sense to ship from California to Georgia - via Indiana. Here's their official website (per their email to me): wms.xingyunyi.cn/ PS: CHINA!

by an anonymous user from: Snow Hill, North Carolina, United States

Update to earlier post: I contacted service-anniecloth.com and they promptly responded to my inquiry asking why it's taking so long.

Here is the website they referred sent me to tract my parcel:
"...on the official website wms.xingyunyi.cn/Tracking..." It is in CHINA.

I'm now thinking the orders are being shipped directly out of China, hence the foreign transaction fee and the length of time it takes customers to receive their orders.

I placed an order with AnnieCloth (AC) after seeing a photo of pretty dress on Pinterest.
During checkout process I saw the order would be shipped out of San Francisco CA.

After 2 wks and no msg from AC, I checked my credit card activity and found they charged me within 48 hrs of the order; AND...I was charged for a "Foreign Transaction Fee" of $2.50. There was nothing in the checkout process that additional fees may apply.

After THREE weeks here's actual shipping status report: "2020-07-02 16:47:00 Arrived Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item, Your item arrived at a shipping partner facility at 4:47 pm on July 2, 2020 in SPARKS, NV 89441. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date." It took they 2 weeks to get the package 200 miles.

Since seeing this website, and doing more research, found AC is nothing more than a huge distribution center for thousands of items from many foreign countries.

HERE'S VERY IMPORTANT INFO: I thoroughly searched their website and got 0 results on COVID-19. Now, I'm finding out they're importing a lot of products from China. ☠

SHAME ON PINTEREST! Lesson learned - I will contact home-based small businesses and others before making any purchases.

After waiting 2 months for an order to be shipped I finally received it! The garment (dress) was sized at half the normal us sizes. I wrote for a refund and got the reply - so sorry you’re not satisfied, return it to China, pay shipping and custom fees or take a 15% refund!!! I imagine I’ll never see the refund check. Buyer Beware. I learned my lesson.

Delete

by an anonymous user from: East Hampton, New York, United States

This is a totally scam operator. I paid $52 for a worthless piece of junk. The return process involved returning the garment to Chenzou, China at the customers' expense, so they offer a 15% refund knowing the uncertain return would be prohibitive,

Well, I saw a withdrawal from my account to anniecloth and through PayPal statement from Paypal showed no transaction. That was May 4th. I received no confirmation order. no email. no tracking number or invoice. Couple of days back I sent them a message telling them I wanted the money put back into my account. I thought it was a scam. I had placed an order with a company on May 11 and it was confirmed etc. Today July 3rd there was a package in my mailbox. It was from anniecloth 1 pair flimsy
bibs. The bill was $87 so must be more coming and guess I ordered them but didn’t think I had because received nothing to confirm I had. I will see if anything else shows up.
I placed order May 11th still hasn’t anything arrived from them either????? I won’t be ordering from the UK
again. It just takes too long.

Have repeatedly e mailed this company. In return I receive a standard letter asking for my order number and email address. Have now sent 8 e mails to them and have not received a proper reply . The standard letter asks for order number and email. I have sent this. What I asked for was a full refund or notice of when my order would be delivered. I have come to the conclusion the company is a complete scam and I am furious.

It is a shame as I really liked the look of what I ordered.

A complete scam. Order was over a month overdue, I wrote them and they said it had shipped. Checked tracking number for shipping and the shipping number supplied by them did not exist. Wrote to them and they said they never had any order from me. Found my statement with original order number and item into and they wrote back it was on the way. Today it's been over 2 months since order and 'shipping.' Wrote asked for full refund but they have not written back. They are from China. If I had known that I wouldn't have purchased from them.
