1. I order the PETOMY™ Smart Pet Ball-Second improved version（Buy 2 Free Shipping） × 26CM / BLUE / BUY 1$39.34 USD on 9 Jan 2020. There was no delivery after waiting for one month. On enquiry with this email address: jkefu@macgf.com, they replied as follows:"[[Dear customer, We sincerely apologize for the late reply due to the Spring Festival holiday and the viral pneumonia.Due to the impact of the Spring Festival holiday, Our workers have just started working .Hope you can wait another 5-7 days. Please don't worry, we will be responsible for your order. As soon as the product arrives in the warehouse we will ship it for you immediately.In order to express apologize, we will refund you 15% to your original payment account after you recieved the parcel .Do you agree?Thank you for your understanding.]]2. There was no shipment after waiting for 7 days, the next reply was"[[Dear customer,We sincerely apologize for the late reply due to the Spring Festival holiday and the viral pneumonia.Your kindly understanding is highly appreciated.
