I was recently scammed by a company named Ispringfish located at www.Ispringfish.com. They advertised: "The best smartphone gimbal in 2019-Super portable, wireless charging, 310g payload, mic jack, one-key switch, zoom and focus control." But, two weeks later I received what is basically a 2 piece, plastic cellphone tripod... maybe worth $5.00. When I contacted them they offered me a 10% refund and told me I could keep what they sent me. For the past 2 days they have gone up to 20% and then 30%, but no offer to totally refund the purchase, or send what I actually ordered. What is your advice? I've discovered there are many others who have experienced the same issue.

Yes, I received the same! After months, I just wrote them and threaten them with consumers affairs and the bbb. Probably won't do any good but hopefully will get them shut down.
Scammed and opened a case with PayPal to reclaim monies. The order was for New Year Discount-2020 latest 4K UHD wide-angle lens car drive recorder, built-in WIFI dashboard, and GPS × 1
They are a scam. I order 2 smartphones Gimbel and paid 53$ and got two plastic cellphone tripods. I opened a case in PayPal but they close the case. They offered me a refund from 10% to 40%,I offer them to send them back what I got if they pay the shipping, As you understand they even did not answer.
Ispringfish located at www.Ispringfish.com is an untrustworthy online store, therefore, do not accept their offer. They are using a type of bait-and-switch scam. What you can do is, open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.
