I fell for the scam. I ordered the generator. They said they delivered it.
What they did was send me something worthless and used those tracking history records to deny my claim they said it was delivered and produced those the tracking history records now I’m fighting with them and PayPal for a refund...
If it’s too good to be true, it usually is...

Maybe it would be easier to contact your bank for a charge back. I also waited for more than 2 months but Paypal turned out to be unhelpful. But in the end I contacted my bank and in less then 1 week I had my money back into my account.

I placed an order on 30 December 2019, paid with PayPal and because I had a typo in my contact details, I emailed them. To my surprinse they got back to me saying they will deliver my products within 7-20 days. However, after reading this article/comments I'm starting to worry.

I am following up in regards to this website velvetsweet.com, as till now my products weren't delivered. I checked my account on Paypal and they mentioned that it was shipped on 8th of January and the category of product was mentioned as CLOTHING which is not what I ordered (I ordered a big adventure cedar swing). I hoping for a charge back!

I ordered AN ITEM FROM THIS STORE AND NOW AM AFRAID I GOT RIPPED OFF. I SENT THEM AN EMAIL AND SO FAR NO RESPONSE. HOPING MY BANK CAN STOP THE TRANSACYION SO I DON'T LOSE $90.
