Einsteinsthinkinstore Unauthorised Charges

Einsteinsthinkinstore is debited $99 out of my NZ account...this was unauthorised. What do I do? They are a scam.

I really am not too sure...it came up just as Einsteinsthinkstore... I did send them an email months and months ago as I accidentally signed up for some stating this was an accident and that I no longer wish to continue with it...they even replied stating thank you we have received you wish to subscribe... I never save emails as I thought it was sorted...but no...$99 from my account by einsteinthinkstore was deducted

Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded. Then, cancel your card and get a new one to prevent further unwanted charges.
