    I have been trying to contact Impressu. I bought 2 handheld instruments and I cannot get through to them. They gave me this number to call. It turns out it is the number of some medical facility. This must be some kind of scam. they sent me an e-mail saying they got my order, that was on March 25 and have not heard a word from them. thank you Phylis S.

    I second the comment that Banality is untrustworthy. My order of 23/01/2020 is still not delivered . Inspite of repeated mails to the customer service, for thr REFUND on the order, they are changing their statement saying it’s shipped, so they can’t refund . Or that it is in the process of being shipped . Very misleading. They should be barred from online business .
