I bought 2 handheld instruments and I cannot get through to them. They gave me this number to call. It turns out it is the number of some medical facility. My order of 23/01/2020 is still not delivered . Inspite of repeated mails to the customer service, for thr REFUND on the order , they are changing their statement saying it’s shipped , so they can’t refund . Or that it is in the process of being shipped . Very misleading. They should be barred from online business .
