Someone from supporthello.com called me several times from telephone number 888-495-6142 and said there is something wrong with my computer and charge me for a 1-year contract to protect my computer, but they never got back with me. Therefore, I would not recommend that anyone use this website. I have contacted my bank and open a dispute with them, in an attempt to have my money refunded.

I have also learned that Technical Support does not call you, you call them. So, if you are called by someone claiming to be a technical support representative claiming there is something wrong with your computer and offer to fix it, hang up. Never give those people remote access to your computer and do pay for their service.
