Is bestzr.com a Trustworthy Online Store?

I ordered 3 sets of luggage and a mattress topper from www.bestzr.com. I have been emailing them since the beginning of December 2018 and they keep saying it was delivered to my job on a Saturday 12/29/18, but there wasn’t anyone there to sign for the boxes. This company does shady stuff and I sure hope that this has happened to someone else!

I ordered one set of luggage in december 2018, now is march 2019 and nothing happened yet :( on my email I got respond it was delivered on 01/23 and they provided me tracking number but in post office I was told it was something under 1lb. very disappointed :(

I order one smart phone 0n11/01/2019. I pay the amount of US$ 50.00 and up to now, no have anything.Please let me know if to wait for more time or my money are gone?
