Support Hello at supporthello.com called me several times from telephone number 888-495-6142, and said there is something wrong with my computer, charged me $500 and never got back with me. Therefore, I would not recommend that anyone use this website. I have contacted my bank and open a dispute with them, in an attempt to have my money refunded.
