Is biggiftaz.com an Untrustworthy Online Store?

I ordered an Audi watch in July and have still not received it. I purchased online by credit card. What do I do?

I bought a pair of shoes and never received it. I wrote to an email address that doesnt work now.
I ve lost my money.

this site is a scam. unfortunately found out first hand. when you keep emailing they block you and the site becomes unreachable

I have also ordered for a watch in this Website in March, 2019 but still I did not receive my goods. Even last last week they wrote me that by mistake the goods were not delivered. I apprehend that I will not receive my goods any more. I have been cheated by them... how can I get a remedy now?

Hi. Same experience as above described. Order from March is still not received. «Shipment under way» is the MessagePad.
Today no Biggiftaz.support exists. I will contact my Bank and check options for refund. (Morten M from Norway)

Beware this company is a big scam. They take the order money, you don’t get your product. If you email them about it they’ll tell you it’s on it’s way. When you try to contact them again they block you completely so you can’t get to them. Beware friends they are scammers

Stay away from this company, they tell you it’s on the way but nothing gets shipped

Very bad similar experience to the above complaint .
Thank goodness for Paypal refunding purchase price.

Big time con job...order my item but never come...their standard reply to email is " your order is on the way".
Took action to stop the payment to my credit card..
Be warned of this Bogus On line shopping.
