I'm waiting on an email also, as I received the wrong item as well. It was supposed to be a rounded flat iron to curl your hair, I got a simple plain flat iron.
I kind of don't even want to send it back because I'm afraid I would never get money back! I'm going to try it as a flat iron, but if I don't like it I'll just sell it here for half of what I paid.

If they refused to refund or exchange, open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.
