    Regarding healithop.com / proutusenzr.com.

I bought from this site. It was easy.

After two days they changed their name to sunshinepig / thiefgbve.com and the tracking link disappeared.

This is most probably a criminal site.

I ordered a smart white treadmill March 26, 2019 in the morning. After I fill in all the information I hit the complete order button and notice I didn't get a conformation number.

I waited about an hour and thought it would pop up in my email... No response... Now I am thinking perhaps I had miss a step, so I tried to order again and the same thing happened again.

    No confirmation number-nothing!

    Now I am suspicious!

Later that day...evening... I am sent an email telling me to try order again.

I ordered the smart treadmill on 3/19/19. I clicked on the website link to find out where my shipment was, it was coming from China to USA.

Emailed the address on the contact us page but never received a reply.

Checked on it this morning and the link states "The checkout page you're looking for does not exist.

The URL you entered may be expired, deleted, or invalid.

Return to the home page to continue shopping."

Clicked on the return to home page button to get contact information, sent an email which was returned as invalid.

Now I have to contact my bank to refund my money.

Please do not trust this company: I reported Healithop to Shopify and my credit card company after not receiving a purchase or response.

    • April 26, 2019 at 7:48 PM by an anonymous user from: Atlanta, Georgia, United States

This is me again, one month later...

Thankfully I got my refund back and I want to share with anyone else who is trying to do the same in how I got my money back...

I contacted my credit card company to report Healithop.com online website company for them to dispute the transaction charge and to assist me with getting a refund.

Later they requested information for me to submit to them.

I submitted the date I ordered the smart treadmill, the confirmation email I received with the order number. I submitted the tracking email that I was able to view the status of my order, as well as when I tried to view the status, it sent me to the proutusenzr.com website. At that point, I emailed []@gmail.com requesting a refund because the tracking email sent me to a different website than the website I ordered from.

I checked my credit card statement today, and the $49.98 for the smart treadmill was credited back to my card.

I hope this tip works for anyone who is reading this who got scammed by this company or any other company. It is possible if you work with your credit card company or bank and sending them all the documents after you have tried with no success in trying to get in contact with the company that stole your money.

Good luck to you all... and please share your story!

I reported them to Shopify and Paypal too as they got me. Shopify didn't seem to really care, they told me they would add them to a list...I didn't believe them. Waiting to hear back from PayPal.
