Fake "Etnarita Nathanielo" Advance Fee Emails

The fake "Etnarita Nathanielo" email below is a scam. Recipients are asked to delete it and should not follow the instructions in it. Hello,
How are you doing today? are you a dedicated christian? I want to solicit your help in fulfilling my wish to help the less privilege to establish a charity foundation to help the poor, needy in your country. I am Mrs. Etnarita Helena from London England. I am married to Mr. Mohammed Nathaniel who worked with British embassy in United Arab Emirates for nine years before he died. We were married for 53 years without a child. He died after a brief illness that lasted for only four days. Since his death I decided not to remarry or get a child outside my matrimonial home.
When my late husband was alive he deposited the sum of (US$5.000.000) in a bank. Presently, this money is still in bank and recently my Doctor told me that I would not last for the period of six months due to cancer problem. The one that disturbs me most is my stroke sickness. Having known my condition I decided to donate this fund because i cannot do it alone by myself due to my current condition.
I want you to use this fund build orphanages, school and widows.Because I understand that "Blessed is the hand that giveth".I took this decision because I don't have any child that will inherit this money and I don't want my husband's efforts to be in vain. I don't want a situation where this money will be used in an ungodly way. This is why I am taking this decision. I am not afraid of death hence I know where I am going. I don't need any telephone communication in this regard because of my health hence the presence of my husband's relatives around me always there. I don't want them to know about this development.
As soon as I receive your reply I shall give you the contact of the bank and I will also issue you an authorization letter that will prove you as the present beneficiary of this fund. Any delay in your reply
will give me room in sourcing another individual for this same purpose. Please assure me that you will act accordingly as I Stated herein
