Same thing has happened to me. I ordered the Luna Light in November, they took the money but never sent out the light. Fraudulent!
I ordered a lunelight from here and never get the order, it was 4 months ago! they are fake. don't buy from them!
I ordered a lamp from there almost 2 months ago, support doesn't answer and there haven't been any updates. Don't order from there.
