The fake email is being sent by online scammers who are attempting to trick their potential victims into calling them at the fake Geek Squad helpline number - 1-808-515-3770. Therefore, recipients are asked not to call the fake telephone number. The legit Geek Squad telephone number is 1-888-880-5019. Any time you get a questionable billing-related email, always look at the header to see if there are multiple recipients. No legitimate billing email would ever do this. It would always be sent to you privately. I suspect scammers do this intentionally so they don't waste time with anyone savvy enough to notice.
