Scamming - Fraud
Google users, be on the lookout for fake and phishing "Google Drive File Has Been Successfully Uploaded" emails like the one below, which claim you have successfully uploaded a file. The fake emails are being sent by cybercriminals who are attempting to trick their potential victims clicking on a link in the same emails that go to a phishing or fake Google Drive website. If visitors to the fake website attempt to sign into it, their username and password will be sent to the cybercriminals behind the scam. The cybercriminals will then use the stolen credentials to hijack their victim accounts and use them fraudulently.
