I ordered an electric scooter in May this year for 199.99. I got a couple of texts saying my package was on the way. This was in early June. And another the latter part of June. Of course, my bank paid SOMEONE and in June, I called my bank reporting a possible fake Company. The bank credited my account for the 199.99 until they investigated my complaint today (August 31,2019) I received a letter from my bank, stating the complaint had been checked on and even gave my bank a tracking number for USPS who supposedly delivered it, and found to be delivered to me. The bank will not investigate this further but I got the tracking number they(bank) was given and they will be charging my account again. No matter how many different people I speak to, that I tell that I DID NOT RECEIVE THE SCOOTER they will not go further. The “Company” I supposedly ordered from has these names:NdnjhiwfIdjfnnThe email address they give— you click on it and you get a screen saying“Oops, something must be wrong, not a good address. They don’t give a phone number either so HOW or WHERE or WO CAN HELP ME?P l eeee a s e!Thank You
