    I ordered a Lumiliu bag on 30/jan/23, and as of today, 10/apr/23 I have neither received the bag or information about it. I only received a tracking number which is been unaltered since 12/feb/23 indicating "Your package is waiting to be picked up by the carrier". I have written to their customer service department (the only contact email they have is but my email has been ignored so far. My card was charged on 30/jan/23.
