They should also have their banks help them prevent the cybercriminals who are operating the website from continuously charging their credit cards.

I ordered the "2019 New Portable Hanging Neck Fan in color blue on 8/26/19. Was told order #77351 was sent but as of 9/20/19 I have not received it.
I ordered neck fans that were supposed to be $16.99 each on sale and they charged me $21.99. When I got to the end of the order, the fans were now $12.99. They also charged me $4.99 express shipping that I could not delete and then tell you once it it packaged, they cannot change order.Tried to find a tele # or address to contact them and there was nothing. Thank goodness I charged to credit card and was immediately able to put in dispute.
