Bought vans through vision direct received an email from xinlin56@outlook.com with a tracking number that has been delivered to someone in USA. I’m in Australia. WTF
My mum also got scammed from the same email, it was not this website. It was www.playbowls.co.nz, we wanted an Elsa bike for my daughter's birthday. Site gone now... Huge operations with many websites going around... With different country links... Unbelievable especially at Christmas time and the hardship people have faced. Disgraced

I purchased a backpack from www.knowhowconsulting.co.uk, and got a confirmation email from xinlin56@outlook.com.They are absolutely a scam.
Bought a lego set from barvinolincoln.Com toy shop! Got a email of confirmation from xinlin56@outlook.Com!does not look gen at all and no responce from the listed phone number also the company address appears to be a random house in portsmouth uk beware!
Mine was same from Portlandarms.co.uk. googled address and house in st neots?!
Now address on their site has changed. Still another house but now has random mobile number!?
I’ve had the same issue, bought an item from the website www.heritagebuildsbridges.org.uk got an email and tracking number from the email address xinlin56@outlook.com, I have checked the tracking number with USPS and it doesn’t have my name or address on the package, I’m in the UK and it’s being delivered to Chicago in the states. I think the only resolution is to take this up with my bank for them to hopefully refund me as obviously the email address is not replying to any of my messages.
