Blowouthot is a Chinese fraud. I ordered what was supposed to be a genuine Panama hat from Panama pictured to come nicely rolled up in its own box. First I was surprised to discover that I had a package coming from Alibaba although I had not ordered from Alibaba. What I got was a cheap chinese paper hat with a strong wire rim that was completely and irreparably crushed en route. Utter garbage and operpriced to boot. Stay away from these guys!
