What I received was a cheap key chain with Electric Foldable Scooter on the envelop.I notified MasterCard and they refunded my money but then took it back because Uploin told them I received the merchandise and was using it.They gave MasterCard the tracking number for the key chain and MasterCard didn’t bother checking what was in the envelope so they took my money back.These crooks know all the ways to get by and apparently not get caught. They are liars and theives. Dont buy from them
