    It was the first time that I bought a dress online and I am surprisingly satisfied. I was concerned about the size but when I received the dress, it fit me perfectly. Great quality and I had plenty compliments.

    "Promlily will not issue a refund and from what I have read this is common. The dress is way too big and the materials are cheap. I wish we would have read the reviews for this company before ordering. One mistake we won’t make again."

    I do not trust the store because it is using the address "Forstreet London Ltd,238 Hedge Lane, Palmers Green, London, England, N13 5DA" which I cannot find on Google Maps and is being used by other untrustworthy online stores.

    When multiple stores use the same physical address, I find it hard to trust them.
