Is Stylewe a Scam? Read Customer Service Reviews

I have order from styewe twice and each time I was disappointed, I certainly agree with all of the disappointed customers!!!! I'm one of them!!!!! Customers SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!.AND THE PHONE IS ALWAYS BUSY????

I just got my order from stylewee I am so disappointed the tops I received are paper thin rip off

Just received my order and totally disappointed. They used the cheapest material that they could find. It shows one type of material on their website, but it will be made in a totally different one. Some of the dresses also smelled. I do not have time to send this back and go through their difficult refund process, so I will give them to a thrift shop.

Quality is really bad for the prices, return policy is not USA standard. Pure China. it's really poorly sewn clothes with cheap fabrics. The only thing pretty are the pictures which if you pay attention are computer generated. Purchased 4 items in 2 different orders, they are consistently a fraud.
Shipping takes forever, and I really mean forever.

My first order was good quality, although it took over a month for me to receive my items (consistent with most of the negative reviews). I was pleased with the quality of the product and so I overlooked the time it took me to get the order Because I thought the prices were good. This second time I was cheated. Again, it took over a month for them to ship the items and then they shipped them to the wrong address; or so they said. Could not reach customer service except via email. They charged me more money to reship the order, and I still have not received the complete order, 1 item; and I spent over $275 on that order! This was back in October. They refused to give me a refund and gave me a deadline to pay another $5 to reship. Gullible me! I paid the $5, but they refused me my order because I did not send a paypal receipt number to them via email! I paid! i did not get a receipt number! I sent them a screenshot of the PayPal payment but they still refused to reship or refund.

Very poor quality shoes. They were just plastic. Very bad return policy. Unfortunately I have paid a lot of money for something worthless. Never order anything there again. I've learned my lesson.

The dress for which I paid £52.40 arrived back in July this year and was not at all similar to the description and photos on the website. I immediately returned it (not without some resistance from Stylewe) and it has just arrived back at my address, 6 months later, saying return rejected.
