They are no longer called Aeewig. Their new name and website is called naturalwig.shop with the same email: service@aeewig.com! Be careful ladies! I almost ordered until I decided to do some research! Glad I saw everyone else’s comments.!

I also ordered 3 lace front wigs a 4th was free but when I got them, it wasn't what I ordered. There was no lace front and they were all synthetic not human hair. I tried to send them back but I couldn't, now I'm stuck with 4 ugly wigs. I got them from SERVICE@AEEWIG.com. Any ideas how I might be able to get my money back?

I ordered 3 wigs as well from gigiwig.shop but became uneasy afterwards when I got the email from aeewigs then szwigs and service@valuelife.shop I started researching, then immediately tried cancelling the order but to no avail, theres no visible way to do so. I'm currently trying to get my refund from PayPal. If you google all those names especially szwigs you'll realize how much of a scam this really is. This is just crazy. I actually tried using my bank card but it kept getting rejected and redirected to PayPal so now I know its because once the payment is made its almost impossible to stop it.

I have e-mailed and got no response and I also tried calling but that didn't work either. I was sent 4 of the same and neither was what I ordered. I wonder how many more people they have scammed like this. Don't order anything from this company.

Buy usa 🇺🇸... This company is a scam... Period

  • June 23, 2020 at 1:59 AM by an anonymous user from: Houston, Texas, United States

This company is a scam. They have good wigs at low prices, but ship you cheap wigs the do not fit their website description. Then if you want a refund they will ask you to send product back to China at your expense which is not worth it. You will actually only get if you get a refund less than half the money you spent. Luckily I didn't spend that much and will never order wigs from China again. I don't know if they're trying to make up for the cheap labor or what. But they'll never get my money again. By USA at least you'll be able to get your product quicker & if you have to return it a refund.

  • June 18, 2020 at 2:50 PM by an anonymous user from: Reynoldsburg, Ohio, United States

I've responded to three people on this site that have had the same type of negative experience as myself. But this is not enough for me. How can our complaints reach others before they make a purchase? If so many customers have complained why has this company not been investigated? Why are they still operational? What can be done to stop them? What else can we do? I know that there are several companies that are selling weaves/wigs, and I feel sorry for those that are actually legit, but how can we find out which is which? Did I miss a question? If you created this site you must already know something. So what can you do to help us?

  • June 17, 2020 at 1:02 PM by an anonymous user from: Monrovia, California, United States

Yeah, they are a scam, they said I was getting human hair. I have a lot of human hair wigs, but their hair is plastic hair, never again. I want my money back from these people

    • June 18, 2020 at 2:32 PM by an anonymous user from: Reynoldsburg, Ohio, United States

  • June 16, 2020 at 5:23 PM by an anonymous user from: Norcross, Georgia, United States

I think this company is now also using the name "noemy hair: on Instagram. I placed an order on May 30th, I ordered 3 lace front 360 wigs and got a 4th one at no cost. I should of known this was too good to be true. The order came out to 70.00. Once I ordered I received an email stating my order was accepted and is being prepared. The contact us information had aeewig.com as the contact, I received one email reply after that with a message that read as if it was written by an uneducated child. They gave me a long tracking number and said it was sent to USPS and a new tracking number and label will be created by USPS for tracking. This was on June 4th. To date USPS has not received a package from this company. They have their contact number listed as 626-780-7552. At first it came up as a non working number, today the number worked and went to a voicemail box that was full and could not take any more messages. This is a California number, but the address listed is in New York, and belongs to a building with multiple suites and none of the suites belong to them. I sent several emails with no further reply. This is a true scam and like others have said they are listed under many names including "Pioneer hair." I will not let this go, I will fight to have this companies founders located and charged with fraud. I hope everyone gets their money back and no one else is scammed by these horrible people.

    • June 18, 2020 at 2:44 PM by an anonymous user from: Reynoldsburg, Ohio, United States

The three that I ordered where the wrong color and style ( two of which were the same weave). I decided to try on one of them and as I was taking it out of the bag tracks where coming off. Clearly a blind, one-armed, animal made these cheap weaves.

I ordered a wig from this seller 100% human hair Lace front wig in the texture kinky straight . I was sent a 100% synthetic wig in a body wave texture . No lace . I have reached out to the seller several times to receive a refund . With no response I did some research . The seller uses a few different names . Aiwis wigs and better hair and aeewig . I also came across sown you tube videos about this company being a scam . Unfortunately I did not see all this before I placed my order but the website and products are misleading and inaccurate. I’m shocked that whoever this person is is still able to have a website and scan others such as myself . They run ads using others photos and use photos I have now seen an other websites . I have a claim with PayPal to get my money back but I believe this site should be shut down, reported and banned . I contacted the post office and reported mail fraud . You should do the same so they are aware . I’m hoping maybe they can flag the address etc . Maybe when it’s used at the post office to get this sucker . Come to find out it’s not only wigs they are scamming people with .. google the return address and you’ll see so many people that have been scammed . This person has a load of fake websites .

They refuse to accept any other payment because through paypal it's harder to get your refund

  • May 11, 2020 at 3:30 PM by an anonymous user from: Covington, Georgia, United States

Yes, this is a scam! Be aware of the company. I ordered from them and they sent me some shameful items. They took my money and sent me some wigs that look like Halloween. The bad part is to return the products you have to spend your money to return the products that you didn't order in the first place. They admitted that the items that were sent to me were wrong. I'm so freaking mad. The items I purchase cost 124.00 in total. It will cost me over 200.00 dollars to send back to (CHINA). Do not order anything from this site or any site related. You will be scammed. I've been fighting this for 2 months.
