Exactly, this happened to me, stay away from this shop.
This store is a scam. I r 29ordered and paid for the small wheelchair in december 2020,it is now mayn 2021. no product, no reimbursement of my money and they pretend they have no record. please do not fall for this scam.

I did order portable laser printer early December but I goot a cheap box of 3D whitening strips late of January. They offer 40% refund, of course they will get some profit. I contact paypal to get refund but I am not if I could.
I made a purchase last year in November and I have still not received the item, I emailed them and they said due to COVID, there are delays. These fake online shops should not be allowed to trade on facebook marketplace. But I ordered an item through WISH and it came within 3 weeks.
